The One Degree at a Time Personal Development System
is a course designed for leaders working to help
individuals reach their highest positive potential.
These administrators are youth leaders, parents,
teachers, youth counselors, etc. It is formulated
for persons who struggle with making quality
decisions, suffering from the effects of social
trauma, or would like to achieve their goals. It
focuses on root problems rather than treating
symptoms.
This program assists individuals
academically, socially, and spiritually. Churches
have found it to be a great "Spiritual Readiness"
program, while schools have found it to be a great
"Social Development"
tool. It can be offered in multiple ways:
●Group Setting
●Peer-to-Peer
●Mentor-to-Mentee
It aims to bring an individual into full
understanding of who they are and boost their
confidence level. It takes 10 days to develop a
habit and 30-90 days to break one. Knowing this, our
program is designed to create long-term development
changes. Our approach is simple that produces
permanent results. We studied 7 areas of individuals
young and old and found that the common core of our
destinies and difficulties lie within the same
areas. Understanding this, we address and develop
those areas.
This course can take persons who
are involved in defiant aggression, criminal
activities, disrespectful attitudes, and social
bullying towards peers and superiors, transforming
them into persons of patience, integrity, and
compliance. Understand too that this system was not
only created for our youth. It is also a tool that
has helped young adults. In fact, one of the system
designers was 27 years of age when he underwent it.
He was able to document and measure changes in his
behavior that ultimately led him to scholar
achievements, cultural unity and wealth
accumulation.
The system has 26 action-packed lessons that give
the participant a fresh approach at life despite
what they are surrounded by and what their inherited
circumstances may be. This lesson in full length
occurs over a 180-day timeframe, or 26 weeks. (It is
abbreviated to 18 weeks to accommodate school
semesters.) Once properly followed, each participant
should shift 1 degree per day. At the end of the
system the participant will have made a 180-degree
turn.
The system includes a curriculum (if administered by
a group coach), a book, workbook and CD. That's it!
That's all you need to get yourself or those you
know on the path to success and self-actualization. |
